This Week's Update

Showing up this week, just in a smaller way than usual.

I wanted to share something that felt fitting: the feed vs. reality.

I fall into the comparison trap more than I'd like to admit, especially when I'm scrolling. And I work with a lot of owner-operators who feel the exact same way. We're wearing every hat, we don't always feel like we have it together, but we still want to show up as the professional and trustworthy person we actually are. It can be exhausting and oftentimes easier to just not show up at all.

BUT I try to remind myself, behind every styled photo or post is real life. The mess is just out of frame, you don’t see the support system helping them hold it all together, and can’t feel the stress they might be experiencing.

This week I'm heads down on client work, navigating some challenging postpartum stuff, learning something new from my 6-week-old every single day, and showing up in the smallest way,
