Snaply will make diligent efforts to ensure the accuracy and proper functionality of all content. However, the ultimate responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and granting approval for all content rests with the client. The client acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for thoroughly examining the final results and providing approval before the content is considered final.
Cancellation Policy
Snaply Sites reserves the right to cancel the website design contract at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances:
Non-Payment: If the client fails to make the agreed-upon payments within one week of their subscription payment date, their website will be taken offline and moved to an Inactive status. Search Engine Optimization

While Snaply Sites will make reasonable efforts to improve the website's search engine rankings, it is important to note that specific rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs) cannot be guaranteed. Search engine algorithms and ranking criteria are subject to frequent changes, and external factors beyond the control of the Service Provider may influence search engine performance.
Snaply Sites will strive to optimize the website for improved search engine visibility, but the ultimate determination of search engine rankings lies with the algorithms and policies of the search engines themselves.
The customer understands and accepts that while SEO efforts are integral to the website design services, Snaply Sites cannot guarantee specific rankings or placement on search engine results pages. The client is encouraged to engage in additional SEO strategies and marketing efforts to further enhance the website's visibility.
